Cozy rooms but with really friendly staff. 🤗

The units are large and modern with freshly laundered towels. the location is perfect and quiet, not too far from House of Heads. the area is great, close to restaurants and sights, the center of Colmar, and a nice bakery for breakfast.

I had a very peaceful stay during my vacation at Hotel Arc-En-Ciel Colmar Contact Hotel. the location was unbeatable and quiet, approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from a large Roman Catholic church. - It was located in a perfect area close to the train station, city center, and town center, making it a comfortable base for me.

We enjoyed our stay in a stylish and affordable twin room with clean towels, located conveniently in the city center.

Our stay at Hotel Arc-En-Ciel Contact was delightful. The check-in process was quick and the staff provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel and the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a convenient phone charging hub. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the old town and main tourist attractions. We also appreciated the helpful recommendations for local restaurants and the option to leave our car in the hotel's safe car park. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Another pleasant surprise! This clean, well-managed hotel is just a 10- 15 minute leisurely walk to the wonderful old town area of Colmar, one of the friendliest and most accommodating tourist destinations we've experienced in 40 years of travel. The hotel staff member who greeted us was fluent in a number of languages and made us feel right at home. The hotel is located on Rue de Selestat, which is the easiest and most direct route out of Colmar north to the spectacular mountaintop fortress of Haut-Koenigsbourg.

Peaceful and relaxing vacation spot with a great restaurant 🍽. the location is top-notch, being quiet and right next to a lovely bakery for a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is a very pleasant building and offers good value for money. the rooms are nicely decorated and come equipped with a telephone. - the location is ideal, just a short walk from attractions like Monkey Mountain, the old town center of Colmar, and various tourist sites. - There are plenty of dining options within a short distance from the hotel.

This was a PEACEFUL stay during your vacation here, good prices. Its location was absolutely perfect, just off the boulangerie for coffee, Colmar downtown and restuarants and sights. It also was close to the centre of town.

Everyone was very friendly and competent. We stayed in the double room which was new-fashioned.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the city center, providing easy access to the charming old town area. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel offers free parking, making it convenient for travelers with cars.

The WiFi connection at the hotel is quite slow.

Clean and quiet, and includes internet access. Breakfast is available and fine. Good patisserie a few minutes down the road away from town centre.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 6 yrs and have received a consistently good standard of service. It is cheap, clean, well positioned, quiet and has lots of off-street car parking. There is an on-site restaurant but this has never been open when we have stayed. Breakfast is basic but fair value. (On our last visit we went to the nearby boulangerie where we had an excellent breakfast at the fixed price of 5 euro).

The rooms are small and facilities are limited, but for a one or two night stay the hotel is perfectly adequate. Beds are standard doubles and are a bit on the firm side. It can be hot in summer as there is no mechanical ventilation/air conditioning.
